Security: the taser to the Sassari police forces

From tomorrow, May 9, the Sassari police forces will also have assigned the taser , as will happen in Pescara, Treviso and Udine.

"Another important step forward for a serious policy of implementing security in the territories as well as for the protection of operators' safety" is the comment of the Undersecretary of the Interior Nicola Molteni, who adds: "The numbers on the use of the electrical impulses clearly testify to its effectiveness: as of April 30, 2022, this instrument was used 46 times in Italy and in 50% of cases it was enough to show it or to use it to obtain the desired result. We are therefore working to unlock additional resources and increase the number of tasers supplied to our agents ”.
