About 3 euros per meal , less than in any other Italian region. The Cittadinanzattiva report on the 110 provincial capitals of the country has highlighted how Sardinia has the most advantageous rates for school canteens.
The families of the island, in fact, would spend an average of 58 euros per month for the canteen in the nursery school , and 62 euros for the primary school: decidedly cheaper figures compared to the 82 euros per month in the rest of Italy, and even almost halved compared to the 109 monthly in Basilicata.
In particular, in Sardinia there is a drop in costs , from 10.5% for childhood to 4.5% for primary school: a trend that goes against the trend, also in this case, compared to what happens in the rest of Italy, where are on the rise, with the peak of +26% in the aforementioned Basilicata.
