Almost a month from the beginning of the school year, "there are many schools that have not yet replenished the staff of auxiliary staff with consequent inefficiency of the whole system". The complaint is from the Coordination of the Presidents of the Boards of the Sardinian Institute which reports serious inconveniences.

"In various Institutes - says coordinator Massimo De Pau -, but especially in those in which the definitive full-time schedule of 40 curricular hours will soon start, many School Managers find themselves in the situation of limiting secretarial services or of not being able to set up the canteen service due to a lack of staff. All this not only implies a disservice that is to the detriment of the students but creates enormous organizational problems for entire families ”.

The Coordination asks for the publication of the rankings with the assignment of staff. “We are witnessing, as often happens, bureaucratic delays that limit the use of essential services and are putting many school leaders in crisis. The shortage of ATA staff - explains the spokesman Giuseppe Aquila - is limiting the functionality of entire compartments, from the secretarial activities to the postponement of the canteen service, with serious consequences for the entire school sector ".

Minister Bianchi 's promise of an open and functional school from 1 September has remained only on paper. We look forward to a decisive action by this weekend in order to provide the guarantee of continuity with the hiring in derogation ”, concludes the spokesperson for the Coordination.
