The story of the postponement of recruitment concerns 700 Sardinian primary and kindergarten teachers. All of them passed an ordinary selection competition and were considered suitable for teaching but their hopes of entering the class immediately vanished.

"We have uselessly deluded ourselves that we can participate in the hiring for the role already this year - they write in an open letter - As often happens, we have been mocked: our ranking of merit is not ready and it will not be possible to draw from our contingent " .

For teachers, the regional school office "is overloaded with work, in these summer months there are various tasks (GPS updates, exams and recruitments art. 59, ordinary competition, extraordinary competition, etc.) and this has led to the delay in publication of our ranking ".

"This will imply the postponement of the appointments to next year and therefore, in the event of an upcoming competition in a short time, as announced several times by the various ministers who have passed the baton in recent years, the cancellation of our merit ranking ".

Then the operative proposal: "Our ranking will become a ranking when it is exhausted as it was for the last extraordinary competition. Request that, among other things, they are also doing in other regions, because for similar situations, there is a risk of find ourselves in two years with a handful of flies ".
