The housing emergency for the reception of migrants is also triggered in Cagliari . The Prefecture is looking for structures ready to host 100 unaccompanied foreign minors (minimum 14 years). With «maximum urgency» an exploratory notice «aimed at identifying economic operators» was published. On the plate there are 732 thousand euros plus VAT.
The basis on which to present offers is 60 euros for each foreign child alone, who must have a bed and all the connected services necessary to guarantee him a dignified survival.
The provision, reads the deeds issued by the decentralized office of the Ministry of the Interior, was adopted due to "the exceptional increase in the flows of migrant people entering through the migratory routes of the Mediterranean which, starting from the first months of the current year», it is underlined, «a situation of extraordinary difficulty deriving from the saturation of the national reception system, with particular reference to the centers dedicated to unaccompanied minors».
