The water emergency in Sassari is never over . Enas announced last night that it is proceeding with a new emergency closure of all water purification plants in the Province of Sassari due to a further break in the Coghinas Branch.

Until the completion of the intervention and the consequent filling of the pipes, the supply of the service to the city of Sassari is interrupted starting from 10.30 pm yesterday towards the districts of the Historic Center-Porcellana-Latte Dolce-S.Maria di Pisa-Sacro Cuore and Monte Rosello Basso, and from 11.00 pm yesterday towards the districts of Lu Fangazzu-San Giuseppe-San Paolo-Rizzeddu -Monserrato -Porcellana Alta-Monte Rosello Medio and Sassari 2-Badde Pedrosa.

Water supply also interrupted in the Serra Li Pozzi district of Porto Torres and Castelsardo.

Emergency maneuvers and interventions are underway to minimize disruption. Updates will follow.
