"Yet another mockery". This is how the Cgil-Cisl-Uil Public Function secretariats of Sassari define what was done towards the staff of the Rar (additional regional resources). They do so in a letter addressed to the regional health councilor Armando Bartolazzi, retracing the story. "The previous regional government - they write - had assigned resources to the companies of the regional health system for two distinct incentive lines: the first concerns the staff working in peripheral facilities, the second the activities related to transplants". As regards the workers of the facilities of Alghero and Ozieri, the incentive should have gone to the professionals who guaranteed the coverage of the service shifts "due to absences and/or staff shortages especially in the covid period, but also beyond".
A bonus that, to be given, had to go through the roundtables with the ASL of Sassari, as it was. But if the 2022 year, paid a few months ago, saw an increase in paychecks, those for 2021/23, already discussed between unions, RSU and Company, presented a "bitter surprise". "In essence - the triad notes - following the reporting of the financed resources, the bonus was reduced by approximately 70% of the value identified in the regional resolutions. In other words and based on some variables linked to the number of shifts and the distance from the workplace, it went from 155 to 54 euros for shifts carried out on site, from 275 to 54 euros for those away from the office".
Here is "yet another mockery" for the unions "against the workers of the sector, who, after having worked hard to guarantee services to citizens, even giving up part of their free time, today find themselves with nothing, betrayed by a regional political system that in fact is representing the real enemy of the workers of the sector". In addition, those who benefit from the measure are nurses and radiology and laboratory technicians, "discriminating - the trade associations denounce - in fact the other professional figures (e.g.: oss, midwives, etc.), who, like nurses and technicians, have contributed to the stability of the system: especially the oss who is the figure who has been and still is most in contact with the patient". Now the letter to the councilor so that he intervenes "with the necessary initiatives and the relative measures to increase the fund and above all update and/or modify the deliberative acts by extending the beneficiaries of the bonus currently excluded".
