Sassari, two new benches for the cemetery

A gift for the Sassari cemetery .
Yesterday, at one of the entrances to the facility, in Viale Porto Torres, the Riccardo Simula association “La forza della vita” donated two benches during a small ceremony . A gift gratefully accepted by the heads of the Altair cemetery services and by the municipal councilor for Public Works Salvatore Sanna.
"Our gift - says Brunella Seghenzi, president of the association - is a symbol of rest, peace and reflection especially on the value of life and that it does not end here. Reflection in a sacred place puts ourselves and the events of the relationships that we have woven throughout our lives at the center".
The meeting was also attended by Don Giuseppe Peru, chaplain of the cemetery, Professor Jana Bitti , who offered a musical interlude and Dr. Antonio Unida, consultant of the association as well as Giovanni Pipia who donated the lectern for the plaque.
