Two people ended up in prison in Sassari for a series of thefts and robberies committed in commercial activities in the historic center .

In the first case it concerns a 28-year-old offender who was responsible for forcing, and then attempting to unhinge, the window of a jeweler's shop with burglary tools , a blow which then failed due to the alarm. The young man was identified by the local police thanks to the images of the municipal video surveillance system. The same young man, a few weeks later, also shattered the window of a 24-hour vending machine by hitting it with kicks and punches, and took possession of the coin mechanism, before running away.

The second man who ended up in prison is a 35-year-old who, in just over a month, was surprised and reported for a series of thefts and robberies committed to take possession of the goods displayed in some of the city's commercial structures .

On one occasion, to escape the control of the supervisory staff of one of the structures, the man also tried to run over a security officer with the car in which he fled, chased by local police officers, who blocked after more than fifty kilometres, bringing him under arrest. Under the circumstances, the man also resisted by ramming the local police car .
