The municipal administration of Sassari obtains full victory over the two real estates that wanted to make investments in the Argentiera and Baratz areas and had been blocked after the resolution of the Municipal Council which rebounded the F4 tourist-hotel areas. The Regional Administrative Court of Sardinia declared Champoluc's appeal inadmissible in part due to lack of interest and rejected it in part as unfounded . The appeal of CosarSe was rejected as unfounded.

The 31 pages of the sentence reconstruct the story that began with the previous council, led by mayor Nicola Sanna who had carried out an exploratory procedure to understand if there were companies willing to invest. Champoluc of Rimini had come forward with a 150 million project involving hotels, nature trails and works that concerned not only the Argentiera, between Porto Palmas and the landslide, but also Palmadula. CosarSe, on the other hand, wanted to build a hotel in the Baratz area.

First of all, the Tar highlighted that the identification of the tourist-hotel areas is the responsibility of the Sassari City Council and that at the time of the exploratory procedure of the Previous Council, the areas identified by Champoluc were not F4 but needed a variant .
