Indicted for stalking. In recent days in the court in Sassari, the preliminary hearing judge Gian Paolo Piana ordered the trial of a 45-year-old from the capital of Turritano accused of stalking his 36-year-old ex-partner.
According to the accusations, the man allegedly defamed the woman on a public occasion with several insults and bombarded her with messages containing insults and threats . In one sentence, among other things, the man from Sassari asserted: "Someone will get hurt and it won't be me."
The accused would often intercept the woman right outside her house, attempting to snatch the dog's leash, or would try to contact her through third parties despite the complaints, around ten, filed against him by the victim.
All episodes date back to February 2021 plus another from April last year in which the man allegedly went up to his ex-girlfriend's house for a clarification and, on that occasion, he allegedly pointed the blank gun at his temple and threatened to kill himself.
Assisting the woman as a civil party is the lawyer of the Cagliari Bar Association Geltrude Carroni while the lawyer of the defendant is Gelsomina Sole. Yesterday, in the meantime, the 45-year-old was acquitted because the fact does not exist by judge Sara Pelicci regarding the violation of a restraining order.
