The result is a serious mandibular fracture so serious that the victim, defended by the lawyer Elisabetta Sotgia, will be able to eat solid foods only in June 2023 and has a permanent lesion to the masticatory organ.

For these reasons, today in the court in Sassari in a preliminary hearing before the preliminary hearing judge Gian Paolo Carta, the prosecutor Ermanno Cattaneo has requested for the aggressor, assisted by the lawyer Roberto Risi, a sentence of 3 years and 8 months of imprisonment. The defense discussion will be held in May.
