In recent years, the lawyer from Sassari Pier Giovanni Arru has faced proceedings in which he was accused, together with two other people, of "illegal interference in private life". According to the complaint, in fact, Arru had obtained images of a couple in his home in 2020.
An action however intended to obtain information for another proceeding, in the meantime archived, relating to an alleged misappropriation to the detriment of an Alghero company and fraudulent evasion of tax payments. Also in 2020, the prosecutor Mario Leo requests the archiving of the case "due to the particular triviality of the fact", a conclusion opposed by both the plaintiffs and the defendants themselves and, in recent days, we arrive at the final provision of judge Sergio De Luca.

For this reason he decreed for the three, defended by the lawyer Luigi Esposito, "the archiving for non-existence of the fact".
