A twenty-three-year-old man injured by a motor cultivator in Sassari, in the Bancali area, is in serious condition.

According to an initial reconstruction the young man had finished tilling the field and with the motor cultivator he hit a concrete curb. The agricultural vehicle overturned, overwhelming him. One leg was practically amputated by the blades, the other suffered very serious injuries.

Immediately assisted by 118 and the trauma center, the boy was transferred by 118 to the emergency room at the Santissima Annunziata hospital.
