He hits a passerby on the head to steal his cell phone and runs away. It happened yesterday in Sassari in a street in the historic center when a thirty-year-old stole a man's cell phone and then ran away .

The local police intervened on the scene and, after having acquired the description of the suspect, began searching for the person, finding him after 10 minutes and arresting him.

This morning the direct trial was held and for the man, defended by the lawyer Marco Salaris, the judge Paolo Bulla ordered the validation of the arrest and the obligation to report to the Municipal Police command.
