Sassari, hit by a truck on the crosswalk: 58-year-old in hospital

Red code for a 58-year-old woman hit this morning on the crosswalk at the corner of Viale Caprera and Via San Francesco in Sassari.

The woman was reportedly hit by a truck, hitting her head on the asphalt around 8am and suffering a head injury.

The 58-year-old did not remember anything of what had happened and was taken by 118 to the emergency room of the Santissima Annunziata hospital.
