A thousand people gathered in Sassari to say stop to the genocide in Gaza . A huge crowd filled the streets of the capital, thanks to the march that began this evening from Piazza del Comune and passed through the historic center to Piazza d'Italia.

Amid slogans like "Free Palestine" and "We are not indifferent," amidst banging pots and whistles to keep attention high on the ongoing drama.

Mayor Giuseppe Mascia and City Council President Mario Pingerna were also among the crowd, supporting an initiative that has been ongoing in Sassari for several Sundays, always in Piazza d'Italia.
