The fire emergency today, 30 July, moves to Pozzomaggiore: a large fire that broke out in the Funtana Sa Teula-Serra Niles area continued out of control for a long time in a large wooded area close to Monte Murale. The operations to shut down the aircraft ended at 5pm.
Serramanna. Fire in the countryside of the Municipality of Serramanna, in the Su Pardu area, whose extinguishment was coordinated by the staff of the Sanluri Forestry Corps Station, assisted by the staff on board the helicopter from the Pula base. Two teams from the Forestas Agency from the Monastir and Villacidro shipyards intervened, a team from the Serramanna barracelli and two teams of volunteers from the Orsa and Soccorso Assemini associations. The operations to shut down the aircraft ended at 5.45pm.
Villasor. Fire in the countryside of the Municipality of Villasor, in the S'Isca area, whose extinguishment was coordinated by the staff of the Sanluri Forestry Corps Station, assisted by the staff on board the helicopter from the Pula base, coming from the Serramanna fire. Three teams of volunteers from the Orsa, L'aquila and Soccorso Assemini associations intervened. The operations to shut down the aircraft ended at 6.20pm.
The fires started yesterday
Nuoro. Forest fire in the countryside of the Municipality of Nuoro, in the Sa 'e Grosta area, which started on 28 July: the extinguishing of the numerous re-ignitions on the perimeter was coordinated by the staff of the Nuoro Forestry Corps Station, assisted by the staff of the Nuoro Forestry Corps Stations Aritzo, Gavoi and the staff of the Gaus Nucleus of Nuoro and the helicopter staff of the bases of Farcana, Sorgono, Anela with Super Puma of Alà dei Sardi and Fenosu. The national air competition with 4 Canadairs (CAN8-CAN26-CAN30-CAN31) was requested. Seven teams from the Forestas Agency from the Oliena, Siniscola, Nuoro, Orune, Gadoni, Tonara and Austis shipyards intervened. The extinguishing and clean-up operations with aerial vehicles ended at 5.45pm.
Bonorva. Forest fire in the countryside of the Municipality of Bonorva, in the Rebeccu area, which started on 28 July: the extinguishing of the re-ignitions on the perimeter is coordinated by the staff of the Bonorva Forestry Corps Station and the Gauf Unit of Sassari, assisted by the staff on board the helicopters arriving from the Anela and Bosa bases. Four teams from the Forestas Agency from the Giave, Nughedu San Nicolò, Ozieri and Anela shipyards intervened. The cleanup operations of the aircraft are still underway.
