Another fourteen North Africans, most likely Algerians, landed this afternoon on the coast of Sulcis: in the last group rescued in the open sea aboard a small boat and accompanied to Sant'Antioco there were also two women and two five-year-old children.

The latest in a series of landings that began in recent days, favored by good sea weather conditions. Since dawn today alone, 50 new arrivals have been registered : all the foreigners, after the first visits to assess their health conditions with the support of the Assosulcis association, have been transferred to the first reception center in Monastir.

As happened yesterday, when several dozen Algerians landed between Porto Pino and Sant'Antioco.
