The photographic event “S'incontru – The Meeting” by Alessandro Conti and Seb Falchi Martinez opened today in the Council Chamber of the Ex Palazzo Municipale. With the patronage of the Department of Culture, San Teodoro greets the autumn equinox through an exhibition that offers a unique view of the landscapes of Sardinia and Tuscany. The union between two artistic expressions explores the connection between man and nature with a focus on the balance between the interior and exterior worlds.

"Alessandro Conti and Falchi Martinez, internationally known for their ability to capture the soul of landscapes and human encounters - describes the presentation note - propose a series of photographic canvases that document moments of fusion between natural elements and human sensations. The event celebrates the cyclical nature, just as the Equinox symbolizes the balance between light and darkness, day and night, but also the great bond that unites the two photographers to the roots of their native lands".

The work is also based on the strong attachment to the native land that resides in both masters of photography.

«S'Incontru also means jealously preserving the value of the names of our languages – says Seb Falchi Martinez – and guarding with strength and determination the names of our places as they were born and in a condition of geological health».

The artist Falchi Martinez, who curated the installation, will be available to visitors every evening from 6 to 9 pm to discuss the creative-introspective process that inspires his shots and, in the morning and by reservation, will be available to students of all levels of schools for discussions on image education and freedom of expression through non-verbal photography. The exhibition in the Ex Pm will be visible until October 5, every day from 9 am to 12 pm and from 5 pm to 10 pm.
