The Carabinieri arrested a 49-year-old, resident in Dolianova but domiciled in San Nicolò Gerrei, in execution of a prison order issued by the Public Prosecutor's Office at the Court of Nuoro - Criminal Enforcement Office. The operation, conducted with extreme professionalism and precision, is part of a broader activity of control and contrast of crimes related to drug trafficking.
The man, already known to the police for previous convictions related to similar crimes, was sentenced to 3 years, 2 months and 18 days in prison , as well as a fine of 18 thousand euros , for the crime of illicit possession of narcotic substances , ascertained by Oniferi on 18 August 2019.
After the tracking and arrest this morning, the military completed the formal procedures, and the man was taken to the Uta prison , where he will serve the expected prison sentence.

The operation required careful planning to ensure the safety of both the arrested person and the operatives, ensuring that the transfer to prison was uneventful. The arrest operation was coordinated by Captain Luca delle Vedove, commander of the Dolianova Company.
