Robberies and thefts down by 50% in the Cagliari area: 1,685 migrants landed in one year
The year-end balance sheet of the Cagliari Police Headquarters
Almost 60 thousand calls to 113, 4,800 interventions carried out, over 220 thousand people identified and 359 arrested.
These are just some of the data from a year of activity carried out by the Cagliari State Police.
In Cagliari there is a 50% decrease in thefts and robberies. On the public order front, 2,480 services were completed, including 37 for No Vax or No Green Pass events.
Landing front: 300 services organized by the Police Headquarters, with 1,685 foreigners arriving along the coasts of Southern Sardinia.
On the fight against crime, 359 arrests were carried out, especially by the flying squad but also by the agents of the Volante and the Commissariats of Quartu, Carbonia and Iglesias: 167 were triggered for crimes against property and 192 for drug dealing with the total seizure of almost 10 kilos of drugs.
Polpost specialists instead referred 17 people for crimes related to child pornography on the Internet.
Finally, gender-based violence. The investigators of the Police Headquarters dealt with 117 episodes of stalking and 133 of mistreatment in the family which ended with 15 arrests and 47 complaints.
