He ran away in an attempt to escape from a group of peers who wanted to attack him, but in his escape he fell and suffered a serious fracture. A fifteen-year-old high school student was the victim of a baby gang less than a month ago in via Cettigne, in the Genneruxi neighborhood, but the news has only filtered out now following a real escalation of violence involving teenagers.
The attackers and the victims were minors: as in a similar episode – which the police are investigating – in which, from the testimonies, it emerged that one of the fifteen-year-olds was holding a gun, probably a toy.
The robberies
On March 10, another 15-year-old was stopped and robbed between via Mandrolisai and via Abruzzi, in the San Michele neighborhood. The attackers, all under 18, had stolen a gold necklace worth about a thousand euros. An 18-year-old was allegedly the leader of a gang made up of much younger boys who had carried out a long series of robberies in the Marina neighborhood. Less than ten days ago, the suspect was stopped by agents of the Flying Squad at Malpensa airport where he had passed through on his way to Germany.
Rival gangs
Among the reports that have rained down on law enforcement in recent weeks are those of very young people getting into fights: in recent days a brawl near the “Le Vele” shopping center involved around eighty minors.
