The regulatory vacuum that may be created, however, risks opening the way to new speculations .

Governor Alessandra Todde rules it out: «We will defend ourselves before the constitutional judges in the interest of the Sardinians».

The opposition , however, insists : «The solution is the Pratobello 24 bill ».
