The Metropolitan City of Cagliari shares the concerns expressed by the Mayor of Quartu, Graziano Milia , regarding the delays and critical issues encountered in the execution of the services entrusted to Pro Service, with particular reference to environmental hygiene, disinfestation and rodent control interventions in streets and schools.

"These are essential services," stated Metropolitan Mayor Massimo Zedda , "that directly impact public health, community safety, and the quality of life of citizens. The difficulties reported by municipalities, school administrators, and the many students who, even today, are rightly protesting the conditions of schools, deserve the utmost attention and require concrete, timely, and shared responses."

"For this reason," Zedda continues, "the Metropolitan City of Cagliari intends to address the situation with an approach based on institutional responsibility, transparency, and collaboration among all the entities involved. I will convene a Metropolitan Conference as soon as possible , dedicated to the management and operations of Pro Service, an in-house company owned by the Metropolitan City of Cagliari, with the aim of analyzing the critical issues, assessing the status of services, and identifying the necessary interventions to overcome delays and ensure adequate responses to the communities."
