Violations relating to safety within the construction site and a worker at work "illegally": this is what was contested by the carabinieri of Giba to a 38-year-old building contractor from Cagliari.

The military checks in a private construction site in Porto Pino , where the presence of the illegal worker was found, identified as a 50-year-old worker from Quartu , formally unemployed .

For the owner of the construction site, for which the suspension of the entrepreneurial activity has taken place, also administrative penalties for a total amount of 8,200 euros and in relation to violations of safety regulations on the construction site.
