The Legal Intervention Group denounced this in a statement.

The investigations by the Forestry Corps and environmental surveillance, according to the ecological association which says it is ready to establish itself in a possible criminal proceeding, "found the abusive construction of a fence wall consisting of 4 rows of cemented blocks arranged on 9 arches of a portico-promenade owned by others; the permanent modification of the morphology of a stretch of land / lane with respect to the original country level, following interventions in the subsoil to adapt sections of ducts, pipes and underground cables for networks of local distribution and sewerage, which did not foresee any morphological changes, by filling and laying excavated earth and rocks mixed with demolition waste, on a total area of about 400 square meters. ". Specifically, "the works were carried out in the absence of a building permit and in the absence of the preliminary landscape authorization".

In addition to the criminal consequences, within 90 days of notification of the order, the works must be demolished and the environment restored. "Apparently, this is a new attempt to overturn the site of great naturalistic and landscape importance - says Grig in the note - In fact, at the beginning of December 2020, the total deforestation carried out on a mixed forest of junipers and conifers executed for a portion of about 6000 square meters, in the absence of any landscape authorization and also of the environmental impact assessment (Vinca). The area had been placed under preventive seizure by the Forestry Corps and environmental surveillance, to prevent the environmental damage was even greater ".
