The Fiamme Gialle of the Nuoro Group and the Arbatax Company have identified and seized over 13,000 Christmas decorations that do not comply with the law in two shops in Nuoro and Tortolì.

The articles, the Financial Police informs, were «without the necessary requirements for marketing, in compliance with the legislation on product safety (which requires, among other things, that the product name, the presence of indications and prescriptions in Italian, minimum information characteristics)".

The material was seized and «the two managers of the controlled commercial activities were reported to the Nuoro Chamber of Commerce , the body responsible for imposing an administrative sanction which, in this case, ranges from a minimum of 516 to a maximum 25,823.00 euros".

The action of the Fiamme Gialle Nuoro «testifies to the attention of the Financial Police of the Provincial Command of Nuoro in the economic control of the territory and in the monitoring of economic activities that present risk profiles, for the protection of consumers and businesses that respect the rules of the market".
