The last episode that took place in Sardinia and which saw the so-called "rude tourists" as protagonists caused quite a stir.

First the case of La Maddalena, where in Cala Lunga di Porto Massimo a resident landed a foreigner with a "flying kick" who got off a tender that arrived ashore . And a few days ago another one in Cala Coticcio, Caprera . It is on this second story that the Port Authority intervenes.

A tender arrived on the beach which was supposed to recover chairs, gazebos, refrigerated containers to carry drinks, beach towels and everything needed to spend a day at the beach with all possible comforts. However, that beach is one of those protected and protected at an environmental level in the La Maddalena Archipelago. And access is allowed on foot via a path that can be followed under the guidance of the staff of the Park Authority.

The tourists, on the other hand, placed their equipment which almost entirely occupied the small cove, and everything was immortalized by the many bathers present who, finally, gave the rude people an ironic applause.

«The report reached us in the morning (Tuesday, ed) and, as always in these cases, the staff would have worked to ensure the restoration of normality and enforce the rules, but the very strong mistral wind that was beating Gallura in those hours did not allow our patrol boat moored at the Olbia base to leave - explain the Port Authority of La Maddalena - in these cases rescue and protection of life at sea is guaranteed and for events of this kind the support of other forces of order on the ground, who, however, were engaged in the firefighting campaign on Tuesday. The Captaincy staff is attentive to environmental protection and works every day to control the coasts and protected areas».
