Tragedy in the Carrefour parking lot, on the border between Quartu and Quartucciu.
A 70-year-old pensioner, originally from Teulada, lost control of his car while parking and died instantly, probably killed by the scorching heat this afternoon. The car ended up on other parked vehicles.
The arrival of a 118 ambulance was immediate with the doctors who could not do anything but ascertain the death.
On the spot the carabinieri of Selargius and Quartu with the captains Michele Cerri and Pietro Lucania. Investigations are underway.
