A 26-year-old woman from Monserrato reported being harassed overnight yesterday while returning home with a friend after an evening stroll. The incidents reportedly occurred on Via Vitruvio.

"At one point, this individual groped me. We both turned around and were shocked," says LM, describing a man "about 6 feet tall, very thin, with dark hair and dressed in black." After being discovered, he reportedly sped up and then disappeared. In the hours that followed, the 26-year-old filed a complaint with law enforcement.

"It was disturbing, I hope they can identify him. It's shocking that similar things can happen in Monserrato," he says. Investigations are already underway. "We've started saving and reviewing footage from the video surveillance systems in the area," explains Local Police Commander Mauro Soru. Investigations will continue in the coming days to reconstruct the movements of the man reported by the young woman.
