"The streets of Quartu are becoming unsafe, more controls and new solutions are needed". The local section of Fratelli d'Italia Quartu has raised the alarm.
The city coordination of Giorgia Meloni's party explains in a note: "For several weeks, in various areas and streets of the city, the cars of the Quartesi have been the object of vandalism, also causing significant damage . From via Fiume passing through via Benedetto Croce, the residents have shown their disappointment and their anger. Many have woken up in the middle of the night or at first light of morning with their cars damaged, if not burned. These actions have created considerable inconvenience and damage, alarmed the citizens, generating a climate of fear and a sense of neglect".
"We do not know - concludes FdI - if there is a correlation between the vandal raids but, given the assiduity and proximity of the episodes, we ask for an intensification of controls, as well as greater and better coverage of surveillance cameras . Parking must not become a nightmare".
