Quartu, robbery and assaults: the Police close down the Colibrì

Aggression and risks for public safety, the Cagliari police chief has closed the Colibrì kiosk on the Quartu coast for fifteen days: today the agents of the Administrative Police division notified the suspension of the authorization for the administration of food and drink.
The decision was taken on the basis of the reconstructions carried out by the policemen, after what in via Amat are defined as "serious and recent criminal episodes that have jeopardized public order and safety".
On 24 April the restaurant was the scene of an aggravated robbery against a young man and an assault on a minor.
Even on Easter Monday, a patron was attacked and beaten near the club: he suffered several injuries.
Also during the summer, the Hummingbird, according to what was reconstructed by the Police Headquarters, was several times the subject of reports of criminal episodes and requests for help for alleged attacks by other malicious visitors, with various interventions by patrols of the State Police and of the carabinieri.
