The Police Chief of Cagliari has issued a "Daspo Urban" against a 42-year-old man responsible for an attack that took place in recent days in a cinema in a shopping center in the capital's hinterland.

The man had occupied some seats already booked and when he was asked to move he went into a rage, lashing out at another spectator.

He first punched him and then pushed him into the row below, also hitting a girl.

To try to calm spirits, the cinema staff also intervened – who interrupted the screening and evacuated the theater to ensure the safety of the public – and then, after the 113 alarm, also the police.

Once on the spot, the agents of the Quartu police station identified the 42-year-old, reporting him for injuries.

The victim of the attack sought medical attention instead. For him 21 days of prognosis.

In addition to the complaint, further measures were taken for the 42-year-old.

As mentioned, the Quaestor has issued a Dacur , or the urban Daspo, which imposes a ban on access to urban areas.

In detail, the 42-year-old will not be able to access and approach the area of the shopping center where the attack took place for two years.

A measure adopted "due to the seriousness of the facts and the violent conduct, held in the evening, in a place of public detention, in an area particularly frequented by families, adults and young people, including minors, which inflicted serious damage to public safety and tranquility and represented a potential danger to public safety".
