The first ride of the dial-up bus for the Embracer project departed from Sant'Isidoro in Flumini di Quartu. There were few passengers at the debut, but dozens of calls to the toll-free number were received for information on the service and to book future trips.

"This launch perfectly reflects the historical trend of new services," the CTM explained. "Even Amicobus, now well-established and well-regarded, took time to gain recognition. Citizens' interest is already evident : the toll-free number has received numerous calls requesting information, a sign that awareness of the service is spreading rapidly."

CTM is "actively promoting the service at local schools and in high-traffic areas, with the goal of reaching all potential users as quickly as possible . We are confident that, as has happened in the past, the numbers will gradually grow in the coming weeks."

Using the service is simple. Simply book the day before via the app or by calling the toll-free number 800259745. The bus will arrive directly at the requested address and take residents to the nearest stops on the PF, PQ, and 1Q lines. Residents are also satisfied: "It's very useful because reaching the stops, which are far away, especially for us older people, is often difficult," according to Gianna Locci. "It would be nice if it also runs along dirt roads and where many people live."
