A motorcyclist was injured in an accident this afternoon in Quartu on Via Fiume, near the Eurospin supermarket. For reasons still under investigation, a car and a motorcycle collided.

The motorcycle driver was the one who fared worst, being thrown from the vehicle following the impact. For this reason, he was transported by ambulance to Brotzu Hospital in Cagliari with a yellow code .

The accident occurred shortly after 7 pm. The driver of the car in turn requested to be examined on site by the 118 team . The local police of Quartu also intervened on the scene.
