Quartu: 35 year old stopped (again) driving a car without a licence

At 35 he has never obtained a driving license but regularly drives a car.

Yesterday a man was reported by the Norm police in Quartu Sant'Elena for driving without a license as a repeat offender.

The 35-year-old was checked by the military while he was driving a Chevrolet Matiz. Subsequent checks also revealed that in the last two years he had already been stopped and reported for the same reason. The vehicle was instead entrusted to the owner.
