Privacy and IT security are two concepts that we need to deal with more and more, especially in the digital world that we frequent every day.

What are the limits imposed on privacy and how should companies relate to consumers and users of services? And how to ensure maximum data protection security?

The talk

These are some of the topics addressed during the talk "Privacy and security", promoted by the University of Cagliari with L'Unione Sarda, which will be broadcast live from 5.30pm on Unionesarda.it. We also talk about particularly aggressive call centers, the investments necessary for companies in terms of IT security but also the limits of telemarketing and the rules to be applied regarding data management in terms of privacy.

The participants

The meeting, the first appointment of a cycle of in-depth studies on various scientific fields , is attended by Massimo Farina, professor of Legal Informatics at the University of Cagliari, Gianmarco Gometz, professor of Philosophy of Law also at the University of Cagliari, Federica Orecchioni, chief commissioner of the Postal Police, Raffaele Panico, fraud manager of Poste Italiane, Michela Massimi, official of the Privacy Guarantor, and Cristiano Erriu, general secretary of the Chamber of Commerce.

The talk is moderated by the editor-in-chief of the Unione Sarda Giuseppe Deiana.
