After yesterday's 24-hour blackout and the dispatch of an emergency generator by E-Distribuzione, the inconvenience for residents and businesses in Serdiana continues.

The generator set up in front of the Town Hall to maintain service while the damaged power lines were repaired stopped working this morning.

E-Distribuzione teams are working on site to restart the machines. For days, the town of Parteolla has been experiencing constant power surges and interruptions in the electrical service.

Yesterday, the prolonged blackout halted economic activity and forced the Municipality to suspend office operations. Mayor Alessi Puddu filed a complaint with the Carabinieri and sent a formal warning to the electricity company, requesting immediate action to restore service. The Municipality also urges families and businesses to submit reports of damages suffered, so that compensation can be sought.
