Another attack on the health workers of the Avis ambulance of Porto Torres. Alerted by the operations center for a rescue intervention in via Sassari, near the Esso distributor, one of the volunteers was attacked by a woman who had alerted 118 for an illness.

The patient, after screaming at the Avis staff, went into a rage, throwing one of the rescuers to the ground . The man, pushed violently, ended up against the edge of a sidewalk, suffering some bruises on his back. The injured operator was immediately taken to the emergency room of the Santissima Annunziata in Sassari aboard the same Avis ambulance.

Another rescue vehicle, a Mike 01 from Sassari, was sent to the scene of the incident to transport the woman to the Sassari civil hospital.
