The setting is the majestic basilica of San Gavino , the protagonists are 23 musicians , mostly winners of a scholarship that allowed them to attend advanced musical specialization courses for wind instruments, organized by the Musicando Insieme association and included in the scope of the schedule of the XVIII edition of "Musica & Natura 2023".
Tomorrow, Tuesday 1 August at 21.30, on the stage of the monumental church of Porto Torres there will be the final Masterclass concert of flute and piccolo , the smallest version of the transverse flute, conducted respectively by internationally renowned conductors Antonio Amenduni and Silvia Mandraffino who took care of the intensive courses attended by young professional musicians. A path of musical growth for 23 young talents, an educational opportunity and an opportunity to perfect their artistic skills with chamber music lessons.
Antonio Amenduni, a musician with a multifaceted talent and personality with strong organizational skills, is appreciated internationally as a flautist, teacher and artistic manager. Silvia Mandraffino, an internationally renowned musician, has supervised the artistic direction of several Masterclasses in Italy.
Maestro Amenduni will conduct another final concert of the flute Masterclasses, scheduled for Thursday 3 August at 21.30, again on the stage of the basilica of San Gavino.
