The spotlight of the metropolis atrium of the basilica of San Gavino in Porto Torres will be on the multi-instrumentalist from Nuoro Gavino Murgia and the bandoneonist from the Marche region Daniele Di Bonaventura . Tomorrow evening at 9pm the two musicians will meet for the first time to explore the sounds of jazz and original compositions.

Gavino Murgia is not only a soprano, tenor and baritone sax musician, but he is capable of playing with various instruments, combining flutes with launeddas and duduks, using his guttural voice in a particular way.

Daniele Di Bonaventura , composer-arranger, pianist, is above all one of the most original and creative bandoneonists in the world. An artist of improvised music, despite having a classical musical education, his compositions are a mix of classical music and jazz, Mediterranean melodic traditions that mix with the South American musical genre.

The concert closes the XVIII edition of Musica&Natura , an event organized in Porto Torres by the Musicando Insieme association, with the artistic direction of Donatella Parodi.
