Rescue operation in the bay of Porto Ferro in Sassari. A boy fell from the Torre Negra , one of the sighting infrastructures on that stretch of coast, causing injuries to his lower back, at the base of the spine.

The young man had climbed the tower, erected in the second half of the 16th century, positioned on a promontory when, for reasons yet to be ascertained, he slipped from a height of two meters and sustained some wounds and bruises .

Immediately assisted by those present, he was handed over to the 118 health workers and immediately transferred to the Santissima Annunziata civil hospital. The doctors found a trauma to the sacral area, fractures linked to a fall backwards.
