Porto Conte Park EcoMuseum, new opening hours for the long bridge
Here's when you can visit the areas from April 25th to the entire month of May
New opening hours for the use of the Porto Conte Park EcoMuseum. From the long bridge between Liberation Day and May 1st to the entire month, the following are fully operational and can be visited, but with new opening hours: the Le Prigionette wildlife oasis; the museum areas of Casa Gioiosa with also the thematic exhibition, which is obtaining great feedback, “ AlgueRex , Sardinia in the times of the dinosaurs; Roman Villa of Sant'Imbenia; MASE - Antoine De Saint-Exupéry Museum and MAPS Environmental Museum of Punta Giglio with also the precious new addition of the EGEA museum, dedicated to the remembrance and memory of the Julian-Dalmatian exodus, to the history of the village of Fertilia and its community.
Here are the new times.
The Le Prigionette wildlife oasis: from 25th to 28th April it is open from 9am to 6pm, while on Wednesday 1st May it is open from 9am to 6pm. From 2nd to 19th May, from Thursday to Sunday, from 9am to 6pm, while from 20th to May 31st, from Monday to Sunday, from 9am to 6pm.
As regards the museum areas of Casa Gioiosa (in Tramariglio), from 25 to 28 April the spaces are open from 10am to 6pm; Wednesday 1 May from 10am to 6pm and from 2 to 19 May; from Thursday to Sunday, from 10am to 6pm; from 20 to 31 May, open from Tuesday to Sunday, from 10am to 6pm.
Villa Romana di Sant'Imbenia can be visited from 25th to 28th April, from 9.30am to 4pm, while from 1st to 31st May, from Thursday to Sunday, from 9.30am to 4pm.
The MASE , Museum dedicated to the life of Antoine De Saint-Exupéry, is open from 25th to 28th April, from 10am to 1pm and from 3pm to 5.30pm while from 1st to 31st May it will be open from Tuesday to Sunday from 10am to 1pm and from 3.30pm at 7.30pm
The MAPS Environmental Museum of Punta Giglio - Sardinia is open every day: to visit the nature trails and to use the services of the "Rifugio di mare" refreshment point it is always necessary to have the Ecomuseum ticket (excluding Alghero residents who use the free entry) or Alghero ticket. The ticket office at the entrance to the site will be open every day from 9.30 to 17.30, while when the ticket office is closed it is possible to purchase the ticket at the cash desk of the Rifugio di Mare refreshment point - MAPS - Punta Giglio, Alghero.
Egea Museum , is open from Wednesday to Sunday, from 10am to 12.30pm and from 3.30pm to 7pm.
