100 thousand euro loot in the Canu jewelry store in Ploaghe .
The burglary occurred during the night between Saturday and Sunday and the usual unknown assailants forced the shutters and entered the premises. They took watches, gold and precious stone jewellery , and ransacked the drawers and windows of the business.
The gang fled without, it seems, anyone in town noticing anything . When the owner returned to the jewelry store he noticed the theft and immediately alerted the police who are now investigating what happened and trying to identify those responsible for the theft.
