Normally he pays a bill of 3500-3800 euros per month. This time Sandro Angius, owner of the restaurant-pizzeria "Il Volo", in Pirri, was delivered one worth over 12,500 euros due to - according to the Enel document - a series of excise tax adjustments.
"When I received it, I found it hard to believe my eyes ", he says. "Now I will have it examined by a specialized technician to see if there are any anomalies. A few months ago I had received another bill of over 6,500 euros, but I didn't think that we would have come this far ”.
For Angius a drain that is difficult to manage : "I imagine that if the amount is correct they will make us pay it in installments, but in the meantime the other bills will arrive and for us, who were trying to get out of two difficult years, it will not be easy ".
