The cutting of the ten pines in viale Buoncammino in Cagliari , carried out in September 2020 , costs a criminal decree condemning the four people who, in some way, had played a role in that initiative.

Andrea Fenu (executive director of the Municipal Green Service), Paolo Malavasi and Salvatore Farci (respectively sole manager of the procedure and manager of the Parks and Green Service, the second is now in private building) and Giuseppe Ariete , representative of Ati Santa Maria and Imera srl which had proceeded with the cut.

The Prosecutor challenges them for carrying out interventions without the landscape green light (which arrived later) and for the alteration of the natural beauties bound .

The suspects, who had to pay a fine of over 14 thousand euros, have appealed through their lawyers Rodolfo Meloni, Matteo Pinna, Roberto Nati and Nicola Zoccheddu and now their position will be examined by the judge of the preliminary hearings.
