"The negative impact of solar panels on the environment is undeniable." These are the words of Domenico Salimbeni, a university professor who taught Control of Physical Processes in Engineering in Cagliari.

The negative effects are particularly caused by the so-called “heat islands” generated by large plants, capable of producing temperature increases of up to 5 degrees.

A consequence that risks having inevitable repercussions on the countryside and, more generally, on the entire territory of Sardinia, where new photovoltaic projects for almost 24 thousand megawatts have been presented.
