The most expensive distributor of all is in Cagliari, and precisely in Pirri . The official data is from the Mise observatory, which for the Q8 in via Riva Villasanta detects a cost of petrol equal to 2.369 euros per liter (however updated to 12 August), with an unchanged price between self and served.

An extreme case, but not isolated in the regional panorama. Just move a little more than a hundred kilometers to find a 2,300 euro per liter (price relating to the served) at Meana Sardo 's IP. Halfway between the two tariffs is the IP of Viale Italia, in Olbia , which registers a served of 2.349 .

They are the only three distributors along the island to break through the 2.3 euro per liter mark. Yet, throughout Sardinia, there are dozens of service stations that have broken down the psychological threshold of two euros, often even for self-service supplies.

The situation is slightly more under control as regards diesel which, except for "served" ones, never reaches 2. Also in this case, the most expensive tank is that of Pirri's Q8, with 2.339 euros per liter for diesel including self.
