Ozieri, with the motorcycle against a wall: 37 years old in intensive care

The 37-year-old centaur, originally from Tempio, who yesterday afternoon was involved in a serious road accident on state road 389, at kilometer 20.500, is hospitalized in the intensive care unit of the civil hospital of Sassari.

He was riding his motorbike when at 4.30 pm he lost control of the vehicle, going off the road and crashing into a dry stone wall.

Once the 118 health workers arrived on the spot, given the serious conditions of the young man, they requested the immediate intervention of the air ambulance which transported the injured person to the Santissima Annunziata in Sassari in red code. The 37-year-old suffered severe head trauma. The carabinieri of Pattada and Alà dei Sardi were also on site for surveys and road conditions and the fire brigade of Ozieri for making the area safe.
